Shield Defence Solution products are covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a product fails under normal use due to a manufacturing defect, Shield Defence Solution will repair or replace it after review of the submitted claim materials.
Our warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for 10 years from the original date of purchase.

The limited warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification or external destructive events.
The warranty does not apply where failure results from external damage, improper care or unauthorized changes.
To begin a claim, contact support with proof of purchase and photos or videos showing the defect. We review each case and confirm the next step.
Send proof of purchase and clear photos or videos of the defect to the support team.
We review the submitted materials and confirm whether the claim is approved under the warranty terms.
If approved, we arrange replacement at no cost. In some cases, the original item may be requested for inspection.
Most warranty claims are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the required information. In some cases, the original item may need to be returned for inspection before replacement.
